Dale R. Myers is an educational and behavioral consultant who has worked with educators, social workers, counselors, after-school care providers, juvenile justice staffs, and families across the United States and internationally. He is president of Learning Partners®, LLC, and Dale R Myers & Associates, LLC. Dr. Dale graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California at Riverside, with a B.A. in Psychology and B.Sc. in Sociology, and earned his Doctorate from the University of Oregon’s nationally recognized School Psychology Program.
Dr. Dale has served as a social worker and resource coordinator for people with developmental disabilities, administrator of a school for students with severe emotional-behavioral disorders, and staff development coordinator and research associate at the University of Oregon’s Institute on Violence & Destructive Behavior. Dr. Dale was founding President of the Board of Directors of the NorthWest PBIS Network, Inc., a non-profit organization that promotes Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports in the Pacific Northwest. Dr. Dale has taught, trained, coached and consulted across the United States and beyond, with families and professionals who serve children. His areas of work and interest include school-wide behavior support and discipline, organizational culture and educational leadership, social competencies and behavior disorders, systematic school improvement, and advocacy and training for families. Dr. Dale provides a relationship-based and research-driven approach to how schools and families can help all children be successful. |
