Ron Bramhall is on faculty at the University of Oregon in the Lundquist College of Business Department of Management. He specializes in the areas of leadership, communication, innovation & design thinking, and high-performing teams. He also serves on a variety of University boards and committees, including the Undergraduate Education Council and as a negotiator on the Faculty Union bargaining team.
Ron has trained and consulted with many business organizations, including Home Depot, Intel, Nike, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard and Springfield Public Schools. He earned an MBA from the University of Oregon, and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington. Prior to his consulting and work at the Business School, Ron directed an after-school program for children with behavior disorders in Dallas, Texas. He recently served as Chair of the Springfield Education Foundation. Ron’s wife, Connie, is a talented special education teacher who received the Arc of Oregon’s Teacher of the Year award. Ron and Connie have very energetic twin girls. |
